*Almost* like a new kitchen...

Crissy and I put together our new barstools Sunday and Monday - and had only one small snafu.  We were missing a rubber foot.  So, during a trip into Bed Bath and Beyond to redeem some gift cards we received as engagement presents (for a new down alternative comforter), we asked if they could somehow find us a "foot."  We were told to simply take one off of a display that was similar to our barstools.  Easy enough....

So, with barstools that we've been waiting to have since moving in in May, our kitchen almost seems like a whole new space.  I don't have a "before" picture, but here is the kitchen and island now that we have the barstools:

No more eating on the couch for us!  Woo-hoo!!!  I am a firm believer in eating together - and eating at a table.  So, barstools are pretty exciting.  Thanks Mark and Ladonna!!!
